Listed below are my terms of services please read them beforehand:I. TURNAROUND PERIOD❈ Duration of the work will be around 4 - 14 days depend on the how complex it is. Please be warned that your commission may be delayed depending on factors such as: health, commission queue, complexity, college, or family issues. So please understand if it took longer than usual.II. PAYMENT❈ All price is in USD. For BND and MYR please DM me.❈ NO DISCOUNTS or Nego on prices unless there is promotion period.❈ Payment need to be made before the sketch. Duration for Payment is within 10 days❈ Payment via Paypal, Stripe or bank transaction (Malaysia, Brunei and Japan ONLY), in mind that the transaction fees are on buyer also.III. TERMS❈ I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable or confident about doing them. Please understand.❈ STRICTLLY NO CANCELLATION of order once a slot has been reserved. (please double-check whether or not you want to push through with the commission).❈ Regardless of how large the payment may be: NEVER MINT MY ARTWORKS FOR NFTs❈ I am not responsible for any copyright if you chose the design by yourself, please do a background check on the design to avoid such violations
❈ I have the right to post your commission on my social media and make it into my portfolio. If you want to keep the work private, please inform me first.❈ I might use your commission with watermark as an example for future commission sample and it will be upload at Pixiv, FB, Twitter, Instagram and DeviantArt (also other media I have)❈ By commissioning, you are agreeing to my terms. If you file a chargeback against me, all of your rights with the artwork are retracted and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to other potential buyers.❈ If such a case ever happened, you will be blacklisted from my commissions. Your name shall be publicly posted so others may be warned of your actions. additional expressions and cutting have extra charges❈ Vtuber models will be sent over to you in PSD.❈ Please provide me with your twitch or youtube channel where you intend to use the model. If you haven't created one yet, please include your social media link so I can tag you or include it once I finish my work.IV. PROCESS❈ Payment is sent full before starting the piece or at the sketch presentation. Otherwise, i will not start the next step of the works.❈ Progress updates are given: Sketch - Rough Colours - Half Rendered - Final.V. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION❈ My sketch might does not match the final result since it's only to
show the overall concept/expression.❈ For Minor Changes, you have a chance to get 2 revisions between the sketches until rough color progress. I will not give you any revision once I started the rendering. if still need, its + $20 for each revisions.❈ Major changes will come with an extra charge such as outfit changes or almost completely redrawing the character❈ Price set is for one character, for more the price adds respectively❈ Extra's such as complex design, redesign from scratch or detailed backgrounds will cost additional❈ If you want your order to finish faster / on a certain date, you will have to pay extra (Double of actual price) . I would need to prioritize your drawing over my other commissions. For further information, we can discuss it together.❈ Be VERY specific with your order and references.❈ I am not responsible for any copyright if you chose the design by yourself, please do a background check on the design to avoid such violations❈ If your reference was initially unclear, you are not allowed to do minor changes with no charge.
